Ferretti Search is seeking a Benefits & Compensation Analyst to oversee day-to-day administration of employee benefits and support Total Rewards programs in New Albany, OH. This role emphasizes Workday Benefits usage, data accuracy, and employee experience. Ideal candidates will have hands-on Workday experience, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate complex benefits information clearly.
