About the Opportunity
Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Welders for a leading premier manufacturer in Fergus Falls, MN. If you enjoy a fast-paced environment and want reliable hours with weekly pay, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!
What You'll Do as a Welder:
- Weld aluminum parts together using gas and arc welding
- Position and clamp together components of fabricated metal products preparatory to welding
- Conduct quality control inspection of welds
- Follow safety policies, procedures, rules, and safe work methods
- Make safety suggestions to support continuous improvements in safety
What You Need to Bring to the Welder Role:
- Prior welding and forklift experience or certification
- Strong attention to detail and quality of welds
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude
- Great work history
- Ability to read a tape measure and work orders
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations
