Key Responsibilities\n

Your primary duties will include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to diagnose mental health conditions and develop tailored treatment plans.

• Facilitating both individual and group therapy sessions focused on various topics including family dynamics, grief and loss, and job-related stress.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to assist clients in navigating their personal challenges and achieving therapeutic goals.

• Regularly evaluating progress and adapting interventions to meet the evolving needs of clients.

• Providing referrals to additional resources and specialists to support client care as needed.
\n
• Documenting all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing challenges such as:

• Alcohol and substance abuse.
\n
• Family conflicts, including sibling rivalry and cut-offs.
\n
• Adjustment issues related to separation and divorce.
\n
• Grief and loss, providing support to those navigating difficult transitions.

• Stress management in relation to workplace or medical issues.

• Challenges unique to blended families and remarriage.

Qualifications\n

To qualify for this position, candidates must possess:

• A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
