Job Description Ryan Companies US, Inc. has an opportunity for a Regional Field Coordinator in Austin. This role requires extensive regional management experience in construction and involves leading project teams, overseeing safety, scheduling, budgeting, and client communications. It is considered a safety sensitive position due to jobsite hazards. Responsibilities Manage subcontractor performance. Assist Vice President of Field Operations in hiring, staff development, and performance evaluations. Train team members in estimating, scheduling, and construction management techniques. Delegate responsibilities and monitor progress; ensure effective workload distribution. Assist in budgeting, project proposals, and scheduling; ensure projects have clear bottom-line ownership. Monitor safety policies, ensure compliance, and enforce safety procedures. Review estimates for completeness and competitiveness; ensure use of Ryan tools and adherence to company practices. Ensure effective communication between the office and field staff; coordinate documentation and meetings. Support client relations, presentations, and periodic project updates; participate in client contact programs. Oversee project closeout, including punch lists and financials (accounts payable/receivable). Develop and train subordinates on new and existing computer programs; stay current on regional union issues and project labor agreements. Prepare monthly status reports for the Vice President of Field Operations. Provide leadership by example and participate in Field Manager/Field Coordinator meetings; work on special projects as assigned. Qualifications Ability to supervise, motivate, and communicate effectively with others. Strong sales ability and sensitivity to client needs. Valid driver’s license; must pass pre-employment drug and alcohol tests and subsequent random testing.
