Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a trusting and supportive rapport with clients through effective communication and empathy.

• Diagnose and treat various mental health disorders in individuals and families, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on thorough assessments of patient needs, incorporating therapeutic methodologies designed specifically for marriage and family therapy.

• Conduct counseling sessions for clients, addressing concerns related to relationship dynamics, personal challenges, and mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily focuses on assisting individuals, couples, and families facing challenges that impact their mental health and relationships. Clients may be dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, and substance use disorders. Given the complexities of these challenges, a strong emphasis is placed on creating an environment conducive to healing and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• Holding a valid LMFT license is essential for this role.

• Candidates must possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
