Coordinator, Relationship Manager in Music Industry! 6 month contract (start ASAP!) 4 days onsite in Miami + remote on Friday 37.5-40hrs/week $27/hr on W2 Candidates must be able to work directly on a W2 without sponsorship. What You'll Do Request product assets and information from label and artist clients Organize projects and follow up on missing items to keep deliveries on schedule Liaise between internal departments and labels as needed Manage documentation for potential conflicts and copyright claims Help fulfill direct requests for specific track and song information Support day-to-day operational needs and requests to ensure successful DSP deliveries, troubleshooting as issues come up Help pull data and organize reports Who You Are Have some years of experience in media and/or administrative roles Work well independently Are available outside regular business hours when urgent matters arise Enjoy a fast-paced but casual environment Are detail oriented and can juggle multiple projects at once Are extremely organized with strong communication skills Bilingual in English and Spanish Estimated Min Rate : $24.00 Estimated Max Rate : $27.00 What's In It for You?
