You'll be the calm, friendly presence that puts nervous pet owners at ease and ensures every interaction — whether in person or over the phone — feels personal, professional, and caring. Job Description - Warmly greet clients and their pets at check-in and check-out - Answer and manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism and empathy - Schedule and confirm appointments, handling cancellations and urgent calls with care - Accurately collect and update patient and client records in our practice management software - Process payments and explain invoices clearly and patiently - Communicate effectively with veterinarians and technicians to relay important client information - Support a smooth, efficient flow in the waiting area during busy periods - Help maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby environment Who We're Looking For - A natural communicator who listens well and responds with empathy - Someone who thrives in a team environment and lifts the energy of those around them - Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting - Prior experience in a veterinary, medical, or customer-facing reception role preferred - Comfort with computers and scheduling software (experience with Avimark, Cornerstone, or similar is a plus) - A genuine love of animals What We Offer - Full-time hours with a consistent, supportive schedule - A collaborative team culture where your contributions are valued - Competitive pay commensurate with experience - Discounted veterinary services and products - Uniform allowance Employment Type: Full Time Bonus/Commission: No
