About the Role

The Company is in search of a visionary and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) with a strong background in multi-site healthcare finance operations. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor to the CEO, providing key insights on organizational strategy and long-term financial sustainability. Responsibilities include overseeing compliance, the annual budget process, financial forecasting, and revenue cycle reporting. The CFO will also be expected to deliver data-driven, transparent, and strategic insights to support informed decision-making, as well as mentor and develop a high-performance finance team. Experience with Medicaid and Medicare reimbursement structures is essential for this role. Applicants for the CFO position at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, healthcare administration, or a related field, and at least 8 years of progressive leadership experience in multi-site healthcare finance operations. A minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in healthcare finance is required. The ideal candidate will possess high integrity, emotional competence, a strategic mindset, and be results-oriented, with the ability to work effectively in a diverse environment. The role also involves maintaining and updating all procurement policies to ensure alignment with federal requirements. The CFO will lead various compliance reporting processes, including HRSA/BPHC, and be responsible for cost reporting and audit processes.
