Massage Therapist

*Duties*

* Perform a variety of massage therapies tailored to individual client needs
* Conduct thorough patient assessments to understand their health history, pain points, and treatment goals
* Communicate clearly with clients about treatment plans, expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions
* Maintain detailed records of each session, including techniques used and client responses
* Ensure a safe environment by adhering to all health and safety regulations
* Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or referrals when necessary

*Experience*

* Valid NY state licensure as a Massage Therapist with current licensing credentials
* Proven experience in massage therapy with a focus on patient service and pain management
* Knowledge of human physiology, anatomy, and medical terminology relevant to massage therapy
* Familiarity with med spa environments or occupational health settings is a plus
* Strong client communication skills to assess needs accurately and build lasting relationships
