Automotive Sales Consultant

Hunter Automotive Group is looking for a motivated, outgoing, and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. If you enjoy working with people, building relationships, and helping customers find the right vehicle, this could be a great opportunity for you.

No automotive sales experience? That's okay! We provide paid training and are willing to teach the right person who brings a positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a desire to succeed.

What You'll Do

Customer Experience & Sales

• Welcome customers and learn about their vehicle needs, lifestyle, and budget.
• Help customers find vehicles that fit their needs and preferences.
• Demonstrate vehicle features, options, and benefits.
• Accompany customers on test drives and answer questions about vehicle performance and features.
• Guide customers through the sales and purchasing process.
• Build lasting customer relationships that encourage repeat business and referrals.

Sales & Product Knowledge

• Stay up to date on available inventory, vehicle features, incentives, and product information.
• Develop a strong understanding of the vehicles you represent.
• Follow up with customers throughout and after the sales process.
• Work toward and exceed individual and team sales goals.

What We're Looking For

• Ability to build trust and strong relationships with customers.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable learning new technology, vehicle features, and sales tools.
• High school diploma or GED required; college education is a plus but not required.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Great attitude
