Strategy Manager

The OpportunityThe Corporate Strategy team works closely with Adobe’s top executives and our three business units (the Creative Cloud, Document Cloud and Experience Cloud) to ensure that the company stays on its fast growth trajectory. The team has played an active role in some of Adobe’s boldest and most strategic decisions, such as its well-publicized transition to cloud, and its expansion into a leadership position in Digital Marketing. The ChallengeAs a Senior Manager, Corporate Strategy, will join a highly entrepreneurial team, including alumni from management consulting firms and experts in digital media and marketing. The responsibilities will encompass a wide array of strategic topics, such as developing product strategies, assessing the impact of technological trends such as GenAI, analyzing the competitive landscape, determining Adobe’s future strategic positioning, and crafting a perspective on market adjacencies, including the strategies to pursue (e.g., build, buy, or partner). Drive projects and cross-functional initiatives sought at accelerating Adobe's long-term growth. In this role, there be an outstanding opportunity to support senior executives across the business. Help them tackle their most critical challenges and gain invaluable insights into their decision-making processes. The U.S. pay range for this position is $134,600 -- $256,450 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In California, the pay range for this position is $177,100 - $256,450 At Adobe, for sales roles starting salaries are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are in the form of sales commission plans.
