Associate Attorney

Sniffen & Harmon, P.A. is seeking an experienced litigation associate to join the Firm. The Firm is currently recruiting a highly motivated attorney with approximately 2–7 years of litigation experience. This position offers the opportunity to represent clients throughout Florida in state and federal courts, as well as before the Florida Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH) and other state and federal agencies. The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated interest in labor and employment law, education law, and/or general civil litigation, along with strong legal writing skills and the ability to work independently. Sniffen & Harmon, P.A. provides a supportive and professional environment, including a structured mentorship program, paralegal and administrative support, and the opportunity to work on complex and engaging matters.
