Brand Ambassador

Summary The Brand Ambassador provides a personalized, inspiring shopping experience while contributing to store sales goals. This customer-focused role supports sales floor and operational standards and collaborates with the team to deliver the Ralph Lauren brand experience. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection, styling, sizing, and fitting room needs. Meet or exceed individual sales objectives and key performance indicators while contributing to store sales plans. Maintain sales floor, fitting room, and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks. Support store operations, participate in training, and share product feedback and category opportunities with management. Build positive customer and team relationships and contribute to an inclusive, professional work environment. Requirements Retail or similar industry experience in a complex, high-volume, or high-profile environment preferred. Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with customers, managers, and colleagues. Ability to operate a register, stand and walk for multiple hours, and lift or climb as needed.
