Help

• You will supervise a branch of personnel consisting of technical and administrative specialists.
• You will establish performance expectations; evaluate employee contributions; recommend awards, promotions, and disciplinary actions; provide technical and career guidance; and establish training plans.
• You will lead or participate in division and/or department councils, special projects, or working groups.
• You will participate in strategic planning efforts for the division and/or department.

• This position requires the ability to obtain and maintain a TOP SECRET-SCI security clearance.
• Successful completion of a pre-employment drug test (including marijuana) is required. A tentative offer of employment will be rescinded if you fail to report to the drug test appointment or pass the test. You will be subject to random testing.
• This is a Cyber IT/Cybersecurity Workforce (CSWF) position requiring compliance with DON program requirements (SECNAV M-5239.2), including earning and maintaining credentials and completing 40 hours of continuous learning annually.
• This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
• You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card for travel and travel-related purchases.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or NM-04 pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following:leading strategic planning efforts, working groups, and/or special projects, spearheading the design, engineering, architecture, implementation and/or management of Command and Control (C2) Information Technology (IT) systems, providing technical and project management oversight, and supporting process improvement initiatives; and leading in center-wide councils and special projects.
