ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Seeking a licensed Property and Casualty insurance professional for the Baltimore, MD location, with exceptional customer service experiences who enjoys servicing and helping customers. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. (This is not a remote opportunity)

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain customer records and update information as needed.
• Assist with customer retention strategies.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide administrative support

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly.
• Insurance License required

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
