About the Role:

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Inside Service and Sales representative at Allstate Insurance Agency - Erick Ellgren in Honolulu, HI. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional service to our clients while also contributing to our sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries and changes


• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products


• Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person


• Process policy renewals and updates


• Provide support to the sales team as needed

Requirements:

• Active property & casualty


• Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment


• Proficiency in computer systems and software

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
