Assistant Purchasing Administrator
The Assistant Purchasing Administrator plays a critical support role helping ensure construction projects run efficiently through accurate purchasing, vendor coordination, contract administration, and invoice management.
Qualifications Skills
- Experience with Purchasing & Procurement process
- Purchase Order Experience
- Invoice Management
- Vendor Coordination
- Data Entry Contract Change Orders (CCO's)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Ability to manage multiple projects, purchase orders, invoices, and deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Sage 300 CRE, Procore, and Nitro Pro is preferred
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; college coursework or degree in Construction Management, Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is a plus.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Santa Clarita, CA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $30.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
