Known for our 100% scratch kitchen , creative menus, and sustainable practices, we bring unforgettable food to Chicago's most exciting events. Role Overview The Pastry Sous Chef supports the Executive Pastry Chef in leading our pastry department, ensuring high‑quality production, recipe development, and staff supervision. This is a hands‑on role blending leadership with production responsibilities in a fast‑paced, high‑volume kitchen.
