Job Description:

Learning Objectives:

Provide students with production experience in both a professional and educational setting. Through real-world access to the media content creation industry, students will have an opportunity to succeed in the job market and create stronger transfer credentials. The Student Production Office will place students in a results-based domain, allowing them to acclimate to a deadline-driven, client-focused profession. The Student Production Office will also foster a networking and apprenticeship environment where students will have the opportunity to forge relationships and make contacts with established professionals and their peers, building a valuable resource as they further their careers.

• Consistently maintain 6 credit hours each semester;
• Maintain satisfactory academic progress;
• Adhere to College's confidentiality policy;
• Successfully pass background/drug screening;
• Answer phone and take messages;
• Clerical duties such as filing, data entry, copying and faxing;
• Open and sort mail;
• Strong interpersonal communication skills;
• Willingness to learn new technology;
• Assist with special projects;
• Other duties as assigned.
