Business Process Management Consultant (Healthcare)
Lumen Solutions Group Inc. is a technology consulting Services company based in Florida. We specialize in professional IT consulting services, IT Staffing, Business/IT Strategy, Business Process Blueprints, Enterprise Architecture, and Enterprise Transformation.

Job Type: Contract-to-Hire
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Process Management Consultant with a strong healthcare payer background to lead enterprise-wide process improvement and transformation initiatives. This role will focus on provider data operations, process optimization, governance, and operational excellence across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead process management, optimization, automation, and reengineering initiatives.
- Develop process architecture, governance frameworks, and continuous improvement strategies.
- Partner with leadership to improve provider data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Drive cross-functional transformation initiatives within a matrix environment.
- Create sustainable and measurable business process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in Business Process Management, Process Improvement, or Process Transformation.
- Strong healthcare payer/provider operations background.
- Hands-on experience with Provider Data, Claims Operations, and Provider Data Governance.
- Experience with FACETS and Salesforce is required.
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), BPM, PMP, or CBAP certifications.
- Experience working with enterprise process frameworks and operational excellence programs.
