Overview Groundskeeper / Facility Maintenance Associate Location: Sterling Heights, MI (Near 18½ Mile Road & Mound Road) Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour We are seeking a dependable Groundskeeper / Facility Maintenance Associate to support the upkeep and appearance of our manufacturing facility. This position offers a variety of responsibilities throughout the year, with outdoor work during the warmer months and indoor facility maintenance during the winter season. Responsibilities Spring, Summer & Fall: Mow grass and maintain landscaping areas Trim bushes, shrubs, and weeds Collect litter and debris around the property Maintain parking lots, sidewalks, and outdoor common areas Assist with seasonal outdoor projects and facility appearance Operate landscaping equipment and basic power tools Winter Months: Perform general facility maintenance and upkeep Assist with painting projects throughout the facility Support minor repair and improvement projects Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Move materials, supplies, and equipment as needed Perform other maintenance-related duties assigned by management Qualifications Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Comfortable using lawn care equipment and hand tools Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Willingness to perform both outdoor and indoor maintenance tasks throughout the year This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work and takes pride in maintaining a clean, safe, and professional facility.
