Job Overview Trillium Staffing is now seeking Construction Laborers in Warren, MI. The role requires experienced forklift operators in a safety‑focused environment. Responsibilities include operating heavy‑duty forklifts and assisting with a variety of construction tasks. Responsibilities Operate heavy‑duty forklifts, including large‑capacity equipment up to 28‑ton lifts. Assist with construction‑related tasks and support team members. Maintain a safety‑first work environment and adhere to company safety protocols. Qualifications Experience operating forklifts, preferably large capacity. Basic construction or labor experience. Ability to safely use hand and power tools. Strong work ethic, reliability, attention to safety. Ability to follow directions and work effectively as part of a team. Preferred Qualifications OSHA 10‑Hour or OSHA 30‑Hour Certification. Experience in industrial, construction, or heavy equipment environments. Benefits Starting pay of $21.00 per hour, with higher rates based on experience. Consistent first‑shift schedule: 6:30 AM – 3:30 PM. Strong overtime opportunities.
