Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnose mental health issues, creating tailored treatment plans that align with individual client goals.

• Maintain a minimum caseload of 27 client visits per week to ensure effective service delivery and continuity of care.

• Document detailed session notes, treatment plan updates, and progress reports in compliance with our organizational policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including case managers, medical personnel, and school staff to coordinate comprehensive care.

• Employ innovative intervention strategies that leverage your creativity and therapeutic expertise to help clients achieve therapeutic goals.

• Participate actively in clinical staff meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and contribute to team culture.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role within our organization will involve working with a diverse client base, including children, adolescents, and families dealing with various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $105,000 annually, with potential for sign-on bonuses. Benefits include:
