As a General Production Worker, you’ll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly:

• Load and unload materials on production machines with speed and accuracy
• Move products throughout the facility (up to 50 lbs)
• Inspect finished goods to ensure quality and catch defects
• Operate shot blasting equipment to meet finishing standards
• Weigh, package, and prepare products according to customer specifications
• Accurately document materials, batch numbers, and production details
• Maintain strong productivity in a fast-paced, team-driven environment

• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs consistently
• Comfortable working in a hot, industrial environment
• Able to stand and move for 8–12 hour shifts
• Experience in general labor, manufacturing, or production preferred
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Stable work history (1+ year per role preferred)
• Willingness to perform repetitive tasks and follow safety procedures

• Experience in heat treat or heavy industrial environments
• Familiarity with shot blasting or similar equipment
• Material handling and machine loading experience

This is a Permanent position based out of Greenfield, IN.

The pay range for this position is $43680.00 - $49920.00/yr.
