Litigation Paralegal (Remote in Florida) Tampa Bay area preferred but not required A leading Florida boutique law firm is seeking an exceptional Litigation Paralegal to join its highly respected criminal defense team. The firm handles sophisticated white‑collar and civil matters for high‑profile clients, offering rare exposure to complex, high‑stakes litigation. Experience in criminal defense litigation is strongly preferred, and white‑collar defense experience is a significant plus. Job Responsibilities The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive litigation and trial support, including: Trial preparation and courtroom support eDiscovery management and document organization Drafting and managing subpoenas Witness preparation and coordination Deposition preparation and coordination Calendaring court dates, deadlines, and litigation events Coordinating with court reporters, process servers, and other litigation vendors Managing case files and case‑related documentation Assisting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation Performing traditional paralegal and litigation support responsibilities as needed Qualifications 4-5+ years of litigation paralegal experience Strong trial support experience required Criminal law experience preferred Experience with eDiscovery platforms and processes Proven ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities simultaneously Excellent organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills Proficiency with litigation technology and Microsoft Office Suite Ability to work independently in a remote environment with a high degree of professionalism and accountability What The Firm Is Looking For: Success in this role requires someone who is: Highly disciplined and productive while working remotely Detail‑oriented and proactive Comfortable taking ownership of assignments Responsive, dependable, and team‑oriented Committed to maintaining a full 40-hour work week and managing deadlines effectively Location This is a fully remote position .
