About the Role
The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President of Sales to spearhead the east regional new-logo seller team with a strong focus on customer acquisition. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the Americas sales organization across various segments, with a primary goal of accelerating net-new logo acquisition. This pivotal role demands the creation of a robust, measurable new-logo engine, driven by fearless prospecting, excellent discovery, champion creation, and disciplined deal execution. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in building high-performing new-logo teams, generating outbound pipeline in complex enterprise markets, and will be adept at coaching sellers in all aspects of the sales process. Applicants for the Regional Vice President of Sales position at the company should possess a minimum of 10 years' experience in enterprise software, SaaS, cloud, data, analytics, AI, or related technology sales, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. The role requires a leader with strong operating discipline, a hands-on coaching approach, and a deep understanding of enterprise technology buyers and modern data, AI, and cloud priorities. The candidate must demonstrate executive presence, sound judgment, and the ability to balance urgency with trust. Success in this role will be measured by the ability to create and maintain a consistent, qualified regional pipeline, improve conversion rates, and achieve new-logo attainment with a focus on sales-cycle velocity and first production workloads. The position also demands a willingness to travel regularly across the Americas for various engagements.
