About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP, Measurement Sales to lead a dedicated sales team and drive revenue growth for its measurement business line. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of measurement sales directors, meeting overall team quotas, and establishing and nurturing relationships with key clients. This role requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales, particularly in selling measurement solutions to advertisers and agencies. The VP will be expected to lead by example, empowering their team, and ensuring the team meets and exceeds revenue goals. Strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential. Candidates for the VP, Measurement Sales position at the company should have at least 5 years of experience managing a digital team and a high level of client direct and agency relationships in the assigned region. The role demands a leader with exceptional presentation skills, proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, and a mentor disposition for team members. The VP will be responsible for hiring, coaching, and developing a best-in-class team, as well as collaborating with management to create and implement strategic sales plans. Proficiency in Salesforce, a detail-oriented approach, and a results-driven mindset with a focus on overachieving key performance indicators are also required.
