The Role
- Full-time, hospital-based working manager role leading medical standards and clinical quality
- Provide hands-on veterinary care while allocating time to coaching and oversight
- Mentor, develop, and retain associate veterinarians; guide new-hire onboarding and skills growth

Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active California veterinary license (or ability to obtain promptly)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Proven small-animal clinical experience, including competency in routine surgery and dentistry
- Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring or managing veterinarians and clinical teams
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills; comfort with digital medical records and workflows
- Willingness to work some weekend shifts as part of a flexible schedule
- Ability to meet responsibilities as the designated responsible veterinarian for permits and compliance
