About The Role The role owns organic social media strategy and community growth end-to-end, translating brand positioning into engaging content that builds audience loyalty and drives qualified traffic. The team partners closely with content, demand generation, and design to plan, publish, and measure multi-platform social campaigns across LinkedIn, X, and emerging channels. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute organic social media strategies across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube to drive brand awareness and community engagement Own the editorial calendar, write compelling copy, and collaborate with design to produce high-impact visual and video assets Monitor social channels for brand sentiment, engage with the community, and elevate customer inquiries to support teams Track social KPIs using analytics tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, and native platform dashboards to measure engagement and reach Run experiments with new content formats, posting times, and interactive features to continuously optimize channel performance Partner with product marketing and demand gen to amplify key campaign launches, events, and gated content What We Are Looking For 3-5 years of social media management experience within a B2B or B2C technology company Demonstrated portfolio of creative social campaigns with measurable growth in followers, engagement, or traffic Proficiency with social media management and analytics platforms (Sprout Social, Hootsuite, GA4) Exceptional copywriting and editing skills with a sharp eye for visual design and video trends Strong project-management abilities to juggle concurrent campaigns and tight deadlines Bonus: Experience managing paid social budgets and influencer or advocate marketing programs #J-18808-Ljbffr
