While rooted in nursing, the department also provides staffing support for Surgical Technologists, Emergency Room Technicians, Medical Assistants, and Patient Care Technicians, making it a vital partner in delivering high-quality patient care across the system. This role requires the ability to deliver comprehensive nursing interventions in varied clinical settings, with particular emphasis on proactive patient assessment and early identification of clinical changes. The successful candidate will synthesize patient data to anticipate care needs and implement evidence‑based nursing interventions before significant changes in patient condition occur.
