Registered Nurse RN Float Contingent Midnight - Warren

Registered Nurse - Float Team - Henry Ford Oakland Hospital - 12 Mile Rd, Warren Contingent Midnight – Minimum of 36 hours per 6‑week schedule including at least one Saturday or Sunday shift. Must have a minimum of 2 years of inpatient RN experience, be telemetry trained, and have experience managing drips. General Summary Provides leadership in the coordination and delivery of quality compassionate patient care. Utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to provide, delegate, supervise, and document care and teaching of patients and families. Effectively communicates pertinent patient/family information to the health care team and participates in finding solutions for variances from patient goals, ensuring implementation of solutions. The contingent reports directly to a House Manager in the Clinical Resources Department and meets all accountabilities of a Registered Nurse. Qualifications - External Graduation from an accredited school of Nursing. Previous 1.5–2 years recent related clinical nursing experience and a demonstrated level of performance and practice required. Certifications/Licensure Required Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing.
