Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments and providing therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and families experiencing a variety of challenges.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that may involve working with couples together while also seeing each individual separately to address specific needs.
\n
• Utilizing evidence-based techniques to support clients dealing with issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, job-related stress, blended family dynamics, and communication difficulties.

• Developing customized treatment plans that include measurable outcomes and goals for each patient.
\n
• Maintaining thorough and accurate documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and session notes in compliance with regulatory standards.

• Participating in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your clinical skills and knowledge.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LMFT at Peaceful Paths Therapy, you will engage with diverse populations, including adults, children, and adolescents. You will focus on fostering healthier familial relationships and addressing mental health challenges that affect the family unit. Your expertise will be crucial in helping clients cope with issues like divorce, adjustment disorders, and intergenerational conflicts, ensuring every family member feels heard and supported.

Compensation and Benefits\n
