What impact you’ll make: As a member of the Wind Edison Engineering Development Program (EEDP), you will be an active contributor to our commitment to safety, high-quality scalable workhorse products, and decarbonizing the globe. Job Description What you’ll do (Job Responsibilities) As a Wind Edison Engineer, you will: Contribute to impactful and technically challenging projects in the wind power generation industry during four 6-month rotations in a variety of disciplines, including Design, Systems, Quality, Reliability, Digital, and Integration & Test. Enhance core engineering skills through Advanced Courses in Engineering, and business trainings with other GE Vernova Development Program members from other functions and locations. Receive technical training, mentorship, and coaching from world‑class technologists and experienced technical managers. Grow technical expertise in your chosen field and expand skills in new areas. Have the opportunity to earn credit towards an MS degree in Engineering (if entering with a BS) What you’ll bring (Basic Qualifications) Bachelor’s or master’s degree in one of the following Engineering majors from an ABET accredited university. Eligible majors: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aero Engineering, Controls Engineering, Civil Engineering. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. Bonus eligibility: 5% Discretionary annual bonus.
