Job description:

Genuine. Must be dependable, extremely detail-oriented, handle conflict-type issues with sensitivity, and be a Strong Communicator between staff and owner.
Must naturally move quickly to care for customers, communicate with staff, and clean/sanitize the Playhouse.
Able to professionally uphold Policies and Procedures with all staff and all customers.
History of leadership-type roles is a requirement. We are looking for a Shift Lead to ensure the Playhouse is operating at its maximum potential to maintain our excellent customer service and safety of the children present.
Must be available every Monday, Wednesday, Friday and most weekends during all open business hours.
Welcome families at the front desk and handle check-in/out.
Learn software quickly and efficiently
Supervise children in the play space, keeping it safe and positive.
Able to learn barista skills (we’ll train you!) and serve coffee, drinks, and light snacks.
Host birthday parties and assist with special events with energy and care.
Manage coworking pods
Help keep Maddy’s Playhouse clean and sanitized throughout your shift and at the end of the day.
Jump in wherever you’re needed — teamwork is everything here!
Must have dependable transportation and consistent weekend availability.
