Hourly Wage The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. $14 - $27 per hour Additional Compensation Includes annual or quarterly performance incentives. When major holidays hit, seasonal associates are prepared. Required product knowledge, problem‑solving, and merchandise skills are essential.
