Work Environment\n

This role is designed for remote work, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance while providing vital care to our patients. Although most of your duties will be conducted from your home office, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients and fellow team members in a variety of virtual platforms. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with flexibility to accommodate occasional evening shifts as needed based on patient demand.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that consider the intersection of medical and psychiatric conditions, allowing for accurate diagnosis and treatment planning.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques that are customized to meet patients' unique circumstances and promote effective healing.

• Implement crisis interventions and support strategies for patients experiencing mental health emergencies, providing immediate, effective responses to complex situations.

• Educate patients on the vital connections between their mental and physical health, empowering them to take an active role in managing their conditions and improving their quality of life.

• Ensure meticulous and confidential documentation of patient interactions in compliance with legal and ethical standards using electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Pennsylvania is essential to ensure compliance with professional standards.

• Demonstrated proficiency in addressing and treating the mental health needs of individuals with medical issues is expected.

Compensation and Benefits\n
