Job Skills / Requirements Part-Time Security Patrol Officer Schedule: Saturdays & Sundays | 1:00 PM – 5:00 PM Pay: $23.00 per hour We are seeking a reliable and professional Part-Time Security Patrol Officer to maintain a safe and secure environment at a commercial property. Responsibilities include conducting interior and exterior patrols of the buildings, parking garage, and loading docks; monitoring CCTV and access control systems; providing front desk coverage as needed; assisting tenants and visitors; checking in guests, vendors, and contractors; issuing temporary badges; responding to alarms and emergencies; completing incident reports and daily activity logs; enforcing property policies; and reporting suspicious activity or maintenance concerns. Responsibilities Conduct interior and exterior patrols of buildings, parking garage, and loading docks. Monitor CCTV and access control systems. Provide front desk coverage as needed. Assist tenants and visitors; check in guests, vendors, and contractors; issue temporary badges. Respond to alarms and emergencies. Complete incident reports and daily activity logs. Enforce property policies. Report suspicious activity or maintenance concerns. Patrol and monitor multiple premises to detect irregularities, including suspicious behavior or security breaches. Observe and report incidents or suspicious activity. Communicate with local law enforcement units and fire departments as necessary. Operate mobile unit to monitor exterior premises. Conduct foot patrols of premises. Write detailed reports on incidents that occurred on premises daily. Maintain proper use, completion, and submission of all forms associated with patrol activities. Respond to incidents regarding security and safety concerns. Maintain proper maintenance of the patrol vehicle, including routine or corrective maintenance, vacuuming, car wash. Conduct unarmed foot patrols (interior and/or exterior). Respond to requests for assistance and evaluate appropriate courses of action. Comply with all requirements/directives within the on-site operations manual/post orders. Assume other duties as required by either Client or Northeast Security, Inc.
