In this stationary role, you will help address security-related concerns with professionalism and integrity while working as part of a caring, reliable, and innovative team that puts people first. Position Type: Part Time Pay Rate: $24.00 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTime Fri 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sat 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM Sun 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to visitors, patients, staff, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific policies, front desk procedures, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a healthcare location. Monitor access to the lobby and reception area, verify identification and/or visitor credentials, issue passes as directed, and help to deter unauthorized entry through attentive front desk presence. Answer phones, greet incoming guests, direct individuals to appropriate departments, and maintain accurate visitor logs, incident documentation, and other required front desk records. Respond to incidents, urgent situations, and requests for assistance in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or first responders when needed. Observe activity in assigned reception and common areas, report unusual conditions or policy concerns, and support security-related procedures related to deliveries, appointments, and visitor movement. Minimum Requirements: At least 1 year of security-related experience is required. Proof of a high school diploma or GED is required. Be at least 21 years of age. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
