Join a cohesive and collaborative team of 13 neonatologists and 12 NNPs/PAs Care for critically ill neonates, including extremely low birth weight (ELBW) infants Work in a 72-bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 60 Utilize advanced neonatal interventions: Neonatal ECMO Jet and Oscillatory High-Frequency Ventilation Inhaled Nitric Oxide (iNO) Whole-body Cooling for HIE Participate in dedicated neonatal resuscitation and transport teams Collaborate closely with comprehensive pediatric sub-specialists, including cardiovascular surgery, PICU, CVICU, and pediatric emergency medicine Deliver patient-centered care in a forward-thinking, innovation-driven environment Schedule 24/7 in-house provider coverage Participation in NICU resuscitation and transport coverage Weekends and nights included in rotation schedule Compensation & Benefits Competitive compensation package with potential sign-on bonuses and relocation assistance.
