Open, manage, and close B2B software deals (SMB / very high velocity sales motion). As an early AE, build Jump's outbound sales motion to deliver and source reliable, qualified revenue every month. Be ready to chip in anywhere to help the team win.

• Carry an annual ARR quota, measured monthly
• Build a pipeline of sales opportunities to hit and exceed quota goals
• Manage pipeline in CRM with maniacal organization
• Work with our awesome financial advisor customers
• Manage an extremely high velocity high volume SMB facing sales motion, including creating leverage for yourself via the latest AI-enabled salestech
• Help Jump stay the category leader, trusted and loved by customers
• Help build Jump into a career-making, exceptional place to work
