Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Exciting opportunity for a dedicated Special Education Teacher to support high school students in a full-time, onsite contract position. Key Qualifications:

• Valid Special Education teaching certification (state-specific requirements apply)
• Experience working in high school settings strongly preferred
• Knowledge of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and related documentation
• Strong collaboration skills with general education teachers and support staff
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet diverse student needs
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to a caseload of approximately 16 high school students integrated within general education classrooms
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs in compliance with regulatory guidelines
• Collaborate closely with classroom teachers to differentiate curriculum and provide accommodations
• Foster an inclusive and positive classroom environment to support student engagement and growth
• Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in IEP meetings and parent conferences
• Implement behavior management strategies as needed to promote student success
