Analyst, Supply Chain Planning

Responsibilities Managing wafer starts execution in Analog Devices' fabs and foundry network through data analytics and cross‑functional collaboration with business units, demand planning and other org units. Driving solution development, change management, customer communications, monitoring of department efficiencies, and managing both long and short‑term customer delivery plans. Identifying key issues across a broad range of areas and effectively communicating recommendations to leadership. Being a power user of JDA's supply chain planner (SCP), factory planner (FP), inventory optimizer, and SAP software apps in driving supply chain KPIs. Reviewing, analyzing, and challenging reports and commentaries and assisting management in coordination of requirements and deliverables received from key stakeholders. Identifying business opportunities and creative solutions to complex problems. Responsible for preparation, analysis and presentation of key SCM metrics, performance against targets and trends to senior management and improving the metrics over time to drive increased productivity and profitability. Qualifications BS/MS degree in Industrial Engineering, Math, Statistics, Business, Supply Chain Management, or similar. Excellent analytical and communication skills. Manufacturing or forecasting background. Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma knowledge. Must be a US citizen. Additional Requirements Export licensing may be required for positions that require access to technical data. Travel: 10% of the time. Shift: 1st Shift/Days.
