Learn more at Responsibilities Strategic Transformation & Value Delivery Lead initiatives to improve key supply chain KPIs: On‑Time Delivery (CRD/FCD), Forecast Accuracy, Inventory Optimization, Capacity Utilization. Drive standardization and scalability of planning processes across business units and regions. Functional Architecture Leadership Serve as functional architect for advanced planning capabilities, including Order Promiser, Enterprise Supply Planner, Factory Planning, Order‑to‑Cash, and VMI/VMR processes. Own end‑to‑end functional design, ensuring alignment across planning layers and execution systems. Process Design & System Logic Define and document complex planning logic (prioritization/allocation strategies, pegging hierarchies, capacity modeling, wafer start & release strategies). Translate business requirements into scalable system configurations and design specifications. Cross‑Functional Integration Partner with IT and engineering teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP S/4, MES, and planning platforms such as BlueYonder. Align planning outputs with execution realities. Change Management & Adoption Lead end‑to‑end change management: deployment strategy, stakeholder alignment, training, post‑implementation performance tracking. Drive sustained behavioral and process change across global teams. Analytics, Reporting & Continuous Improvement Define and implement reporting frameworks to monitor planning effectiveness. Leverage data and analytics to identify gaps and continuously improve system performance and decision‑making. Talent Development & Leadership Mentor and develop supply chain analysts and functional leads. Build organizational capability in advanced planning systems and supply chain analytics. Quality & Governance Lead functional validation, design reviews, and testing oversight to ensure solution integrity and performance. Establish governance around planning logic, data quality, and process adherence. Qualifications Functional Expertise: deep expertise in semiconductor supply chain and manufacturing processes; proven track record leading large‑scale planning system transformations; strong experience defining end‑to‑end planning processes and functional specifications; demonstrated ability to deliver measurable improvements in supply chain performance. Technical & Systems Expertise: strong understanding of planning system architecture and integration with execution systems; hands‑on experience with advanced planning platforms, preferably BlueYonder (ESP, OP, FP, DP, IO) or equivalent; ability to translate complex business requirements into system design and technical specifications. Leadership & Influence: strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders; proven ability to drive alignment across cross‑functional and global teams; excellent communication and executive presentation skills; analytical, structured problem‑solving mindset with attention to detail. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or Master’s preferred. 10+ years in supply chain, planning systems, or transformation roles. Experience in semiconductor or complex manufacturing environments strongly preferred. Compensation & Benefits Expected wage range: $109,600 to $150,700. Position includes medical, vision and dental coverage, 401k, paid vacation, holidays, sick time, and other benefits.
