Key Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with warmth, care, and efficiency
• Manage reservations, waitlists, and seating flow during busy shifts
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation throughout the dining room
• Support servers with refills, pre-bussing, table resets, and food running
• Provide thoughtful touches of hospitalityeye contact, smiles, holding doors
• Answer phones and take to-go orders
• Step in wherever needed to ensure smooth service and happy guests

What You Bring

• Experience as a host or in customer service is a plus (not required)
• Clear, friendly communication and a genuine desire to connect with people
• Calm, collected energy, even during busy shifts
• Positive attitude and team-first mindset
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
