Home Health MarketerOur client is looking for a Marketer to serve the DFW area and surrounding regions! This position includes a base salary along with a competitive incentive plan. If you have experience as a community liaison in the home health industry, we encourage you to apply!Job DescriptionThis role offers a base salary of $60,000/annually, a monthly auto stipend, and a competitive referral incentive plan.Provides counsel to the Agency regarding the needs of the community and program development, including personnel needs and financial needs.Collaboratively develops and maintains policies specific to new programs.Demonstrates an in-depth knowledge of, and ensures compliance with, all local, state, and federal laws relating to marketing of the agency.Assists in direction of programs through collaboration with, and delegation of responsibility to, administrative and supervisory personnel.Establishes a public relations program for interpretation of the Agency's services and to foster good working relations with physicians and community agencies.Carries out other duties as assigned by the Board of Directors.All your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
