Salary Range: $76,000 - $116,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities

• Designs and develops new products and product improvements.
• Creates detailed engineering drawings and specifications using CAD software.
• Collaborates with manufacturing teams to ensure design for manufacturability and assembly.
• Conducts design reviews and implements feedback for product optimization.
• Performs stress analysis and simulations to validate design integrity.
• Selects appropriate materials and components based on performance requirements and cost.
• Develops and executes test plans to verify product performance and reliability.
• Troubleshoots design-related production issues and implements corrective actions.
