Position Corporate Associate (3rd – 6th Year) Location Dallas, TX Experience Required 3-6 years Job Description We are representing a prestigious, global law firm that is seeking a 3rd to 6th year associate to join their dynamic Corporate practice in Dallas. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled attorney with experience in working with private equity funds, independent sponsors, and portfolio companies, particularly on M&A transactions, capital raises, and securities offerings. Responsibilities Draft, review, and negotiate M&A agreements, including operating and partnership agreements. Advise clients on private equity transactions, capital raises, and debt and securities offerings. Manage the day‑to‑day needs of portfolio companies, including strategic guidance and general corporate matters. Negotiate important transaction documents and handle M&A transaction documents. Qualifications 3-6 years of experience in Corporate law, with a focus on private equity, M&A transactions, and capital markets. Strong drafting, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple aspects of complex deals and work collaboratively with clients and team members. Must be admitted to the Texas Bar. Compensation Base Salary Range: $210,000 – $280,000/year (based on experience and qualifications). Discretionary bonuses may also apply.
