Front Office Associate - First Point of Contact Pay : $19 - 26 / hr. What You’ll Do Welcome patients and manage the check-in/check-out process. Answer phone calls, confirming appointments, and follow up with patients as needed. Schedule appointments, discuss small treatment plans, verify insurance, and collect payments. Maintain patient records with confidentiality, an organized and professional front desk environment. What You Need Experience in a dental or medical front office setting preferred, but not required - we are willing to train a great candidate with the desire to learn.
