Certified Nursing Assistant - 7 to 3 Shift

Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized care and assistance to patients, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting

• Monitor and record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse

• Assist patients with ambulation, transferring, and positioning

• Maintain a clean and safe environment, adhering to infection control standards

• Collaborate with nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination

• Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices

Requirements:

• Current certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) in the state of Pennsylvania

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Ability to lift, push, and pull patients and equipment as necessary

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
