Job Details The ideal candidate will be a motivated plaintiff-side attorney who is eager to manage cases from inception through resolution and who is comfortable working in a client-facing, results-driven environment. Qualifications Active membership in good standing with The Florida Bar Prior experience in plaintiff personal injury law preferred (pre-suit and/or litigation) Strong negotiation, legal writing, and oral advocacy skills Ability to manage a caseload independently while meeting deadlines and performance goals Experience handling client communications with empathy and professionalism Familiarity with Florida personal injury law, civil procedure, and insurance practices Trial experience is a plus, but not required This role is well-suited for attorneys who are self-motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional legal representation to injured clients.
